Cupcakes??

You may be wondering why I'm posting about cupcakes. Well, in my spare time I love to bake. Even more, I love to share my sweet treats with my friends, family AND patients!

This week's sweet treat is a coconut carrot cake cupcake. Freshly grated carrots, sweetened shredded coconut and a cream cheese frosting. It's quite delicious, if I do say so myself.
