Comprehensive Acupuncture & Herbal Medicine Evaluation: $150
A comprehensive, individualized 60 minute evaluation for the current concern
Acupuncture Treatment Session: $125
Each 60 minute session is spent directly with Dr. Rose. Treatment is based on how your symptoms have changed & progressed.
Credit card, check & cash are all accepted.
For credit cards: (including HSA/FSA cards) A fee of 2.6% +.15 is added.
For checks: Please have it pre-written and made out to Union Yoga & PT.
For cash: Exact cash only. No change will be provided.
Union Yoga & Physical Therapy is out of network with all insurance. Payment due up front. A superbill is provided at the end of each session. If you have out of network PT benefits, you can submit the superbill for reimbursement. Please check your eligibility for out of network PT with your insurance prior to coming in for your evaluation.
