Physical Therapy Pricing
Comprehensive Physical Therapy Evaluation: $165
A comprehensive, individualized 60 minute look at the region of the body that is in question.
Physical Therapy Sessions: $135
Each 60 minute session is spent directly with Dr. Rose and is based on your symptoms and how they change throughout the session.
Credit card, check & cash are all accepted.
For credit cards: (including HSA/FSA cards) A fee of 2.6% +.15 is added.
For checks: Please have it pre-written and made out to Union Yoga & PT.
For cash: Exact cash only. No change will be provided.
Union Yoga & Physical Therapy is out of network with all insurance. Payment due up front. A superbill is provided at the end of each session. If you have out of network PT benefits, you can submit the superbill for reimbursement. Please check your eligibility for out of network PT with your insurance prior to coming in for your evaluation.
